PRODUCT WARRANTY GUIDE FOR DAX CATEGORIES
KITCHEN SINK LIMITED LIFETIME DAX® WARRANTY EFFECTIVE
DAX offers the following limited warranty on each of its Kitchen Sink products* (the "Product"). This warranty extends only to the original owner or end-user for personal household use. For commercial uses, additional limitations apply. DAX warrants the Product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for the period commencing from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, contractor, or builder, from DAX or an authorized DAX dealer, through the lifetime of the original owner or end-user. Subject to the Warranty Service provision below, any product reported to the authorized dealer or to DAX as being defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product of equal value) at the option of DAX. This warranty extends to the original owner or end-user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. Neither the distributor-authorized DAX dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty. Any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty shall not be enforceable against DAX or any other person. DAX reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it is understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question. Limitations This warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect operating procedures, breakages, or damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the Product, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, an act of God, or any other casualty. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wools, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, damage, and / or dull the product and / or finish and void this warranty. The owner/end-user of the Product covered by the present warranty is entirely responsible for its proper installation and any applicable plumbing or electrical wiring. DAX neither installs nor supervises the installation nor hires a contractor for this purpose; consequently, DAX cannot be held responsible for any default, breakage, or damages caused thereby or resulting thereof, either directly or indirectly. The owner/end-user must provide access to the components of the Product as described in the installation guide so that DAX can execute the warranty specified herein. If such access is not available, all expenses to provide said access will be the responsibility of the owner/end-user. This warranty does not apply to Products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by DAX and all applicable rules, regulations, and legislation pertaining to such installations. This warranty does not apply unless the DAX Product is installed by fully insured licensed professionals. DAX strongly recommends that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom and kitchen products. Installation of certain products, including, without limitation, glass products (i.e., shower doors and glass sinks) by an inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and, consequently, cause personal injury or death. DAX is not liable for personal injuries or deaths to any persons or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of the product or warranty opertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED ABOVE, DAX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY CODE. In any case, DAX cannot be held liable for any amount over and above the purchase price paid for the Product by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder. Commercial Limitations In addition to the above conditions and limitations, the warranty period for products installed for commercial applications or used in commercial ventures is one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner/end-user, contractor, or builder from an authorized dealer. DAX is not responsible for loss of use or profit under any circumstances. If the product is used as a display, the warranty period begins when the product is placed on display. This warranty gives the owner/end-user specific legal rights. The owner/end-user may also have other rights which can vary from one state or province to another. Warranty Service In order to obtain the service provided under this warranty during regular business hours, contact the dealer or distributor who sold the unit, or contact DAX directly. DAX will provide the warranty service described above when the following conditions have been met: the failure is of the nature or type covered by the warranty; the user has informed an authorized DAX Agent or DAX’s warranty service department representative of the nature of the problem during the warranty period; conclusive evidence (e.g., proof of purchase or installation) is provided to the foregoing by the user proving that the failure occurred or was discovered within the warranty period; an authorized independent service person or company representative has been permitted to inspect the product during regular business hours within a reasonable time after the problem was reported by the user. DAX’s warranty obligation shall be discharged upon tender of replacement or repair. The customer's refusal to accept the tender terminates DAX’s warranty obligations. *Certain models are pending approval. Certification may be ended by DAX or certification agencies without notice.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON DAX® FAUCETS, SHOWERS, KITCHEN, AND BATH ACCESSORIES
Limited Warranty on DAX® Faucets and Showers Parts and Finish All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of this DAX® faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for five (5) years from the date of purchase. On the shower panels, the time of warranty is two (2) years. What We Will Do DAX will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (as described above), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, DAX may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies. What Is Not Covered Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. DAX shall not be liable for any damage to the faucet resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance, or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. DAX recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also recommend that you use only genuine DAX® replacement parts. What You Must Do to Obtain Warranty Service or Replacement Parts A warranty claim may be made. This warranty applies only to DAX® faucets manufactured after January 1, 2012, and installed in the United States of America. Limitation on Duration of Implied Warranties. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty, including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the statutory period or the duration of this warranty, whichever is shorter. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Limitation of Special, Incidental or Consequential Damages. DAX shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including labor charges to repair, replace, install or remove this product); whether arising from breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. DAX company shall not be liable for any damage to the faucet resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance, or repair, including failure to follow the applicable installation, care, and cleaning instructions. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Additional Rights This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state/province to state/province. FLOORING & TILE LIMITED DAX® LIFETIME WARRANTY EFFECTIVE
Our Products, whether stone, wood, or tile, naturally vary from lot to lot. Color, grain, and veining may vary from one stone, wood, or tile to another, and none of them may be alike.
LIMITED WARRANTY
• DAX warrants that its First Quality (i.e., Standard Grade) ceramic tile is manufactured according to market standards and meets or exceeds those requirements.
• DAX makes no warranty as to the suitability of its tile for a particular installation and does not warrant that its glazed or unglazed tile will not scratch, chip,or show signs of wear. If a tile product shall be determined not to conform to DAX warranty, the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of the product with a tile of compatible color and shade, as determined by DAX.
LABOR AND INSTALLATION CHARGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. DAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
All stone, wood, and tile products require special installation, sealing, treatment, care, and maintenance, which Customer shall perform or have performed at Customer’s sole risk and liability. In no event and under no circumstances shall DAX be held liable or responsible in any manner or to any extent, and Customer hereby specifically waives and releases DAX, for any chips, etching, scratches, marks, discolorations, or other damages during, after, or as a result of any installation, sealing, treatment, care or maintenance of the Products. In each pallet of Products, 2% to 3% percent loss or damage to the Products is considered normal. DAX is not responsible for any risk of loss of Products at any time from purchase to delivery nor has DAX provided you with any guaranteed delivery date. All material is sold and delivered "as is" with "all faults." There are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed. in no event and under no circumstances shall DAX be responsible or liable for any special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. any claim against DAX or its agents, officers, and employees shall be limited to the replacement value of the material and only if such material is found to be materially defective. Samples supplied by DAX, if any, are not made part of the basis for this Sales Order and no sample furnished by DAX shall form any part or provide any basis for any warranty or other claim by the Customer hereunder. The customer understands that all material is subject to wear and abrasion in high customer-traffic areas. The customer further acknowledges that DAX has made no recommendation as to any installer of the Products and the Customer shall look solely to such installer for any damage that results to the Products during installation.
Solid surface LIMITED DAX® LIFETIME WARRANTY EFFECTIVE
The warranty length for solid surface products is 10 years, limited warranty for residential use, and a 5-year limited warranty for commercial use.
The warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must be installed by a qualified installer and properly maintained.

BATHROOM CABINETS, BATHROOM VANITYES, LIMITED DAX® WARRANTY
DAX guarantees all its products for a period of two years (2) from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the replacement of either the defective part or the entire product, as agreed with the sales department.
